I am a student at TU Delft finishing my master's and am interested in renting a property in Delft to serve my daily commute to the university. I am a clean and tidy person, and always pay my rent on time.

I am a student sponsored by the Ministry of Education in the United Arab Emirates. Therefore, I receive a monthly salary, which allows me to be financially stable. I can also provide a financial letter from the UAE's embassy.
